What can you expect?
Home-cooking is a healthy behavior that you and your clients can enjoy. This program will train you to improve your own culinary skills and translate this new knowledge into your coaching practice in order to improve the nutrition of your clients.

This 10-week program includes:
- Five 90-minute live weekly tele-classes
- Five 75-minute live small group practice sessions

Q: Will the training guide me on how to cook?
A: The focus is on improving your own culinary skills as well as that of your clients.
Q: Do I need to have access to a kitchen?
A: Access to a kitchen is not required during class. Between classes participants might want to practice new skills and recipes in their kitchen.
Q: What if I have a conflict during one of the sessions?
A: Tele-classes are recorded for the participants’ convenience.
